Job Opportunity: General Manager - Fine Dining Restaurant

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for fine dining? We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join a well-established fine dining restaurant located in London's Mayfair. This restaurant is renowned for its cutting-edge contemporary Spanish cuisine and offers a luxurious dining experience with 75 covers and an additional 35 at the bar. The service is known for its smart, well-organized, and highly professional approach.

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including:

Managing restaurant performance and marketing
Ensuring exceptional sales, customer care, and quality assurance
Defining and implementing business strategies
Training, managing, and motivating staff
Upholding strict hygiene and health & safety standards
Ensuring compliance with licensing laws and legal requirements
Overseeing all aspects of food & beverage service
Handling reservations and driving sales
Managing financial aspects, including cashing up, banking, GP, and payroll
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a Michelin star level
Proficiency in Epos software and online ordering systems
Exceptional attention to detail
Customer-focused approach
Positive and approachable demeanor
Strong team player
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable professional with a background in delivering high-quality food and fine wine service. You should be capable of creating a relaxed yet professional dining atmosphere, ensuring efficient business operations while meeting sales targets. The ability to work collaboratively within a management team, aligned with a shared commitment to an exceptional customer experience, is vital.

Salary: Up to £55,000 (basic + bonus)
