Location: London, SE1 8XZ

Type: Full-time, permanent

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum

They are now looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Role Overview: As the Bar Manager, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring a dedicated team to deliver extraordinary bar service. Your dynamic personality and leadership skills will ensure that customer expectations are consistently exceeded. You'll be responsible for team management, sales, customer service, stock management, compliance, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Communication: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to manage, train, and lead successful teams.
  • Sales and Team Management: Motivate your team to boost sales in a high-volume environment.
  • Customer Service Focus: Create a customer-centric environment and be a confident communicator.
  • Organisational Skills: Organise staff meetings, set targets, introduce effective procedures, and oversee staff and management responsibilities.
  • Stock Management: Be accountable for wet stock supplies, stock controls, administration, credits, and monitoring.
  • Compliance and Promotion: Promote and adhere to operations and training manuals and other company procedures.
  • Competition Awareness: Outperform local competition by building a strong reputation and maximising sales.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of management experience in a branded or high-profile environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a busy, high-volume environment and adapt to rapid business growth.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences.
  • Confidence: Confidently communicate with individuals at all levels and maintain a professional and enthusiastic attitude.
