Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper Required in Holland Park - £30-40K

Role: Housekeeper.

Hours: 40 hours per week.

Days: 5 days.

Salary: £30,000-£40,000 gross per annum (DOE).

Location: Holland Park, West London.

Start Date: ASAP.

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper to work for a UHNW family based in Holland Park, West London.

This is a live-out role, where you will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, working 5 days per week; with the flexibility to work over the weekends if required.

The Housekeeper will work part-time of the team alongside another full-time Housekeeper and a Head Housekeeper. The family also employ full-time Nannies, a Chef and Security staff within the household, and as part of a broader team, you will work together to ensure the property runs smoothly and efficiently for the family’s needs. The Housekeeping team are tasked with ensuring the property is always immaculately clean, tidy, efficiently stocked and welcoming for the family and/or their guests. You will be working within a fantastic team that are dedicated to ensuring the highest standards are provided at all times.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of previous experience working within a fully staffed property for a UHNW family providing a high level of service. You will be a highly discreet and service orientated professional, with an excellent level of attention to detail and understanding of household protocols. The family have dogs so you must be happy to work within a household with pets.

The salary offered will depend on qualifications, skills and previous experience.

Duties and responsibilities;

Full housekeeping duties including regular deep cleaning
Laundry and ironing
Changing bed linen
Pantry management; maintaining stock levels
Arranging cut flowers
Care and maintenance of flowers and household plants
Accepting deliveries
Welcoming the family and their guests
Table layup
Wardrobe management
Grocery shopping
Keeping patios, pathways and steps clean and tidy
Serving at the table during family meals and private functions
Running errands, personal shopping etc
Packing and unpacking of suitcases.
