No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training:

• 5 Day Induction Training: Working towards the Care Certificate.
• Shadowing: Gain practical experience alongside a seasoned professional.
• Ongoing Support Network: We're here to guide you every step of the way.
• Specialized Training: Including Dementia, End of Life Care, Peg Feeding, and Learning Disability Training.
• NVQ/QCF Level 2 & 3: Encouraging development in Health and Social Care.

All we ask is that you:

• Live locally to the area.
• Are available for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends.
• Possess reliability and a 100% commitment.
• Are passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
• Have excellent communication skills.
