Waiter / Barista / Bar Staff

Job Description: We are looking for a full-time member of staff to join our front of house team. The role includes waiting tables, making drinks, and ideally making coffee. We value local, sustainable produce and beverages, and we are looking for someone who shares our enthusiasm for these principles.

About Us:

• We have a small, close-knit team.
• Our menu changes every two months based on seasonal availability.
• We are wine importers.
• We source beer primarily from local, independent breweries, with some selections from Belgian and German breweries.
• Shifts vary from morning to evening, with occasional double shifts. We offer flexibility in scheduling to accommodate our team members' needs.
• Team members receive a free meal during their shifts and are entitled to a post-work staff drink.
• The basic salary is based on the national living wage. Additionally, 100% of the service charge is distributed among floor and kitchen staff, significantly increasing the hourly pay. On average, employees earn £13-£14 per hour.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of hospitality experience (required)
• Barista experience (desirable)
