We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our close-knit kitchen team in Spitalfields. We have a genuine passion for high-quality ingredients and proper cooking techniques. Role Overview:

Compensation is experience-based, starting from £25,000 plus tronc (minimum £4,000 annually). Pay is negotiable and can be calculated hourly for part-time work.
Weekly hours typically range from 45 to 48.
Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and organization of your section, keeping track of stock levels, and ensuring compliance with HACCP and environmental health regulations.
You will manage either the hot or cold section, preparing plates according to the specifications of senior chefs.
Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for someone with a creative flair and a genuine passion for food and ingredient-led cooking. Contributions to the menu are encouraged.
Flexibility and enthusiasm for working with a fluid menu and changing specials.
Strong cooking skills; traditional training is a plus but not required. We value on-the-job learning.
A pleasant demeanor is important; we cherish a friendly kitchen environment and expect our chefs to maintain it, making each day enjoyable.

Monthly pay structure.
Employees share in tips, which include a 12.5% service charge on all food and drinks, and 15% on private parties.
We offer 28 days of holiday, and your service charge is paid during holiday hours.
