Being a Home Care Assistant

What you'll be doing

As a Home Care Assistant, this can vary dependent on council contracts. Home care can vary from Personal Care, Palliative Care, Mental Health and one-one packages. With the in-house training, you will provide the best level of care for our clients and ensure they are supported, happy, and well-groomed on a day to day basis

What you'll need

Although experience is not necessary, you will need to be a caring, loving and patient individual. You will go the extra mile to provide exceptional service for clients within their own homes. You will need to be a driver and local within the area in which you will specialise within. We will pay for your DBS check if this is not already on the update service.
