Role Summary:

• As a Care Assistant, you will provide residents with the highest quality of care in a secure, relaxed, and homely environment.
• You will support the Care Manager and other Care Assistants in all aspects of care delivery.
• The role involves full-time hours on a rota basis, working four shifts on and four shifts off.

Requirements:

• Care experience in a residential care home is essential.
• Highly motivated and reliable.
• Good communication skills.
