  • Approximately 30 businesses choose to be located here.

Role Responsibilities:

  • As one of two managers, you will represent the business to existing and prospective tenants, visitors, and contractors.
  • The role involves administration tasks such as invoicing, accounts, securing new tenants, and document management.
  • Basic maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and decorating.
  • A requirement to be proactive in dealing with matters as they arise.
  • Flexible working hours can be arranged.
  • Some out-of-hours working may be required.
