Our client is a multi-award-winning estate agents who have offices throughout the Yorkshire and Lancashire regions. They are currently looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their team in one of their existing offices based in Blackburn.

The role involves managing a team of sales professionals and liaising with both clients and buyers where necessary. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving team that are already developed and working in surrounding areas. You will be responsible for growth within the team and motivating the team to meet sales targets and expectations.

Job Responsibilities

* Ability to deal with any situations that would require a managers action.

* Opening of the Branch on a daily basis and conducting an end of day meeting to ensure all the day's tasks have been completed.

* Building relationships with other local professionals within their working area.

* Promote the brand and branch in a positive manner.

* Maintain compliance with industry and internal regulations.

* Ensure the Blackburn branch in the area are adequately staffed at all times.

* Potentially will need to cover other branches in the area.

* Responsible for all marketing materials including the window displays & internet advertisements and ensure that all marketing deadlines are met.

* Promote a clean workspace policy and ensure that all property walls and information being displayed is up to date.

Job Requirements

* Previous experience as a Branch Manager / Assistant branch manager / Senior negotiator.

* Experience in managing others.

* Ability to get the best out of people.

* Strong customer services skills.

* Excellent time management skills & Ensuring Branch must be open promptly.

* Negotiation skills to achieve the best outcome for the business and the customer.

* Flexible and adaptable approach

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to become a part of the growing team in the Lancashire area. Hours of work at 9 am - 5:30 pm and the role will involve working alternate Saturdays 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.
