Estate Agent - Part Time

Your role would be as self-employed estate agent (full training provided). 

£11.50 per hour, minimum of 5 hours a week - PLUS BONUSES. 

Viewings 2 - 3 days/evenings a week and at least 1 morning or afternoon on a weekend. 

You must have your own transport. You will be provided with a company phone. 

This job includes the following activity.

• Remuneration is £11.50 per hour, with a guaranteed 20 hours per month.

• Manage the cleaner and ensure the houses are cleaned to our company specification and that tenants are aware they can fill in the online form.

• Manage the gardener and ensure the houses are cleaned to our company specification and that tenants are aware they can fill in the online form.

• Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard by managing the maintenance

• Collect metre readings once a month, calculate energy use and issue letters to tenants about how much the bill has been.

• Anything else that may arise from time to time to ensure the tenant's needs are met.
