Viewing Person Lettings Part Time

Lettings viewing person part-time. 

The role is with a local lettings company and is for a person to meet prospective tenants and show them vacant properties, appointment times will be arranged by ourselves separately and the employee will meet prospective tenants and open the properties to allow them to view. 

The hours will be mainly during the week with possibly some Saturday lunchtime viewings and some weekday evening viewings if this suits the prospective employee. Suitable candidates must have their own transport. The applicant may also sometimes be required to assist with general office tasks such as taking meter readings, getting keys copied etc.

Depending on the candidate the role may evolve into a full-time position if this suits the candidate at that time. Experience of a similar role is not required. We would look to provide a regular specific number of hours per week plus possible additional hours if that suits the candidate.
