Duties include cooking with fresh ingredients to specs; assisting the kitchen team to comply with Equipment Operation and Health & Safety procedures and offering excellent service standards. We are looking for motivated individuals who are team players to progress and develop their skills within. Although full training is given, we would ask that you have some previous kitchen experience.

Job Duties:

Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
Follow recipes and presentation specifications
Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
Restock items as needed throughout the shift
Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards.
