We have a vacancy for an experienced restaurant and bar manager.
Within this role, you will work closely with the current owner, in taking the reins of the day to day operation, which will include, assisting and guiding the kitchen, where required, to ensure an overall productive and efficient operation. This role will suit a hands-on person.
