Join an esteemed Asset Valuation firm as a Trainee Machinery Valuer/Surveyor. Based in Manchester, M16 9HF, this full-time, permanent position offers a salary of £15,000 - £22,500 (depending on age and experience), with potential benefits including pension, company phone, performance-related bonus, and career progression opportunities to RICS membership.

About You:
- Dedicated and hardworking

- Proficient in Microsoft software
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- A full driving license is advantageous but not essential initially.
About the Role:
As a trainee, you'll initially assist fellow valuers and handle general office tasks like phone communication, client emails, and administrative duties. With time, your role will evolve to include:
- Corresponding with clients
- Participating in asset/property inspections and surveys
- Preparing professional valuation reports
- Analyzing comparable evidence
- Assisting in asset sales, including preparation, photography, advertising, and marketing
- Overseeing case progress
The role is based in Manchester, but flexibility for UK travel is required as you progress.
Training will be provided, and the right candidate can advance to become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
