Sous Chef.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to join the brigade at this busy 4-star property. As Sous Chef you will support the Head Chef in the day to day running of the kitchen operation ensuring standards are maintained at all times.

A 4-star hotel with 168 spacious bedrooms with a stunning brand new Conference Centre, 1 AA rosette restaurant and busy lounge bar. The hotel has recently undergone a multimillion-pound refurbishment.

The Sous Chef Chef will have experience of the following:
Have experience as a Sous Chef ideally in a hotel environment fresh food background- rosette preferable. Good people management skills apply to work shifts as required live locally or have own transport as no live in available candidates must be able to demonstrate that they hold a relevant and valid work permit or visa to live and work in the UK.
