Sales assistant required for the long-running family business.
A.W Mobbs is a business supplying the local community with building materials, solid fuels, Colour gas and compost.
Sales Assistant duties include selling, restocking and merchandising. The goal is to provide high-class customer service and to increase the company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.
The role of the sales assistant is required in our office/shop.
The responsibilities would include:
-Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
-Working within the team to ascertain customers needs and wants
-Manage point-of-sale processes
-Maintain a fully stocked store
-Answering telephone calls
-Face to face customer interactions
-Follow all company policies and procedures
-Keep up to date with product information
Requirements for the job:
-Customer service focus
-Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
-Proficiency in English
-Administration skills
-Able to work in a busy demanding environment
-Solid communication and interpersonal skills
-Some knowledge of building materials would be preferred although not essential
