We are looking for an experienced female carer to assist our mum a few nights a week. She lives in South Woodford, London E18 with her son.
You will need to have good experience of working with people with dementia as mum was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years ago. She is currently bedridden as she is recovering from coronavirus. She is now on day 10 since symptoms began.
The shifts would be 9 pm - 9 am and mainly consist of getting mum ready for the night, washing her teeth, personal care, helping if needed with drinking.
Checking a few times to turn or change pad on the night or reassure her if she is distressed.
Feeding her breakfast in the morning.
Assisting with medication.
Pay will be £150 cash per shift.
