Large Country Estate, home to a young family of six, requires a fun, energetic and sporty person to join the family. The children at home, both boys are 7yrs and 6yrs and attend local day school. 2 older boys visit at weekends and holidays.
The property is a Grade I listed the historic house at the centre of a traditional country estate comprising cottages, farms, woodland (and shoot).
The family also have dogs, so an animal-friendly person is essential.
Duties will include all daily housekeeping, cleaning, washing and ironing, errands and school runs working alongside Mum. Occasionally you will need to have 1 overnight care of the boys when the parents travel to London on business trips, so essential that you have previous childcare experience. You will be asked to supervise homework, so fluent English is essential.
The position is primarily Monday to Friday – 7.30 am to 6.30 pm with a break during the day.
There is a cook employed but you may be asked to prepare simple family meals on the cooks days off and additional housekeeping assistance is also employed.
Outdoor Staff including Estate Manager Gardener and Gamekeeper.
SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE. Self-contained 2 bedroom annexe apartment. Strictly Non Smoker and Driver essential. Dog welcome. (HU3570 A).
