Job Description:

Advanced Building & Maintenance Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi-Trader / Bathroom Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including new bathroom installations, bathroom repairs (including Aids & Adaptation works), plumbing, tiling, carpentry, plastering, and painting. Our projects are primarily located in Essex, Kent, and London, and we will allocate work based on your residential location.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform new bathroom installations.
• Carry out bathroom repairs, including Aids & Adaptation works.
• Conduct plumbing tasks.
• Complete tiling, carpentry, plastering, and painting assignments.

Requirements:

• Own tools and a van.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications.
• DBS check will be conducted for successful candidates.
• Training will be provided for multi-traders/bathroom fitters with no prior experience in aids and adaptations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• How many years of Plumbing/Multi-Trade experience do you have?
• Do you possess a CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) certification and Asbestos Awareness training?
• What qualifications do you hold relevant to multi-trades and bathroom fitting?
