Live in Housekeeper / Cook job near Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire.
Lovely family with three school aged children are looking for an excellent housekeeper for their weekend house in Oxfordshire. It is a beautiful rural location, less than 10 minutes from Henley on Thames town centre. The family currently employ a full time gardener who lives out.
The family are looking for someone who is warm, confident, trustworthy and hardworking, who has a good eye for detail, an all-rounder who is happy to help where help is needed.
The ideal candidate needs to be child friendly, proactive, and able to take initiative.
Duties to include:
Hands on cleaning, washing, and ironing.
Cooking for the family and occasional dinner parties.
Liaising with contractors and dealing with deliveries
Days: 5 day week (weekends when family are in residence with 2 days off in the week)
Hours: 40 hour week
Accommodation: Separate 1 bedroom flat with Garden, utilities paid.
Confident driver essential
Salary: £500 - £550 net
Start: ASAP.
