House Keeper

Housekeeper.

Job description.

£40k gross PA.

Non smoker preferred.

Must have some private house experience.

Some international travel.

28 holidays days including bank holidays.

Uniform is provided.

Working on weekends is required on a rotation and/or request basis.

Whilst on travel you will be provided with accommodation and a per diem.

You will be expected to have perfect hygiene.

You will be expected to be well presented in clean uniform at all times.

Basic duties:

Vacuuming.

Sweeping.

Mopping.

Polishing.

Care of silver, crystal and crockery.

Assist butlers and chef as needed.

Care of fine objects antics and art with supervision.

Care of clothes.

Wardrobe management.

Packing.

Laundry duties.

Chaperone of contractors

Report any equipment issues to the House manager.

Stock management.

During private events you will be required to work later in the evening to help with service. and after party clean up.

Expected to help maintain storerooms.

React to ad hoc requests from family or management.
