Hotel Receptionist for Hotels in Ilford and Newham, East London

We are a group of Bed & Breakfast Hotels based in Ilford and in East London. We have over 400 Bedrooms in total and we are seeking staff who can work in our hotel on either Full time or Part-time hours.

Banks Hotel, Ilford. 

Rotana Hotel, Ilford. 

City Best Hotel, Ilford. 

Cranford Hotel, Ilford. 

Newham Hotel, Forest Gate. 

Harefield Manor Hotel, Romford. 

Job Salary and Timing. 

The position starts from £9.00 per Hour but can be reviewed depending on Experience, Hard work and Motivation.

We have 3 Shifts which the timings are:-

Morning Shift: 7 am – 3 pm

Afternoon Shift:3pm – 11pm

Night Shift: 11 pm – 7 am

We have Full Time and Part-Time positions available. The position is with an immediate start

Job Description

Check-In and Check-Out of Hotel Guests

Liaising with Customers and their requirements.

Handling any room complaints or issues.

Full use of our booking system called Guest Line

Dealing with all Emails and Telephone Queries

Random Room Inspections

Completes other tasks as assigned by management.

Able to learn Hotel Booking Software
