Grounds Maintenance Operative

To strengthen our existing team, we are currently looking for an experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative. The role involves the delivery of horticultural duties across sites in the Essex area. The candidate must hold a full UK driving licence as a company vehicles are driven for role (these are business use only and allocated accordingly)

Your duties will include:

Working across sites to deliver a range of Grounds Maintenance duties, ensuring work is completed on time and to a high standard
Providing an excellent level of customer service
Building and maintaining good relationships with customers
Operating horticultural machinery, i.e. strimmers, mowers etc.
Taking part in training as and when required

Key Skills & Qualities needed:

Previous experience of working as a Grounds Maintenance Operative or Landscape Gardener
A highly motivated individual with excellent Grounds Maintenance skills
Excellent customer service skills
PA1 and PA6 certification desirable but not essential (or equivalent qualification)
Knowledge of Health and Safety compliance
Ability to interact positively and professionally with the public, and other members of staff
Punctual, hard-working and able to use own initiative
