Are you looking for an exciting opportunity in the restaurant and bar industry? We are an independent restaurant and bar company with locations in Brixton and Crystal Palace, and we're currently recruiting for enthusiastic bar staff and supervisors to join our fantastic team.

Our Cuisine: All our food menus are created in-house and are inspired by a blend of Southern Spanish and Northern African styles, with an emphasis on sharing. We believe in the joy of sharing delicious dishes with friends and loved ones.

Cocktail Creativity: As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with our cocktail menu, which includes our own creations that change seasonally, along with all the classic cocktails. Your input and creativity are valued, and you might even see your drinks featured on our menu!

We stand by principles such as no zero-hour contracts, fair wages, and all service charges going to our staff. You'll also have the chance to earn bar credit for every hour you work, as well as charity hours to support the local community.
