Scandilicious is the first of a fleet of mobile food vans catering to the whole of London offering delicious Scandinavian food.

Job description.

Exciting prospect to be in at the start of new food business, cooking home-made Scandinavian food and serving it from a street van. The job will include learning to cook the menu, preparing all the dishes in the company kitchen, preparing the van for service and going out on the van serving and selling to customers.

Candidates must have some previous experience in the hospitality industry, which could include

Preparing food in an industrial kitchen
Working in a cafe/restaurant
Using a professional coffee machine
Serving customers

We want you to be enthusiastic, energetic, passionate about food and customer service with a high standard of personal hygiene and a cheerful disposition.

The applicant must have a clean driving license
