As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to showcase our innovative products to customers nationwide and enjoy a lucrative commission-based income.

Thermal Guardian is a leading company in the renewable energy home improvements industry. We are currently looking for highly skilled field sales representatives, with previous experience in selling spray foam insulation, exterior wall and roof coatings, windows or doors, driveways, new roofs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Promote and sell Thermal Guardian's range of home insulation products, including ProPERLA Coating, Open Cell Spray Foam, and Solar Panels.

• Customer Visits: Travel nationwide to meet with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.

• Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our product offerings, industry trends, and competitor products to effectively communicate their benefits.

• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by building a strong customer base and maintaining lasting client relationships.

• Commission: Earn competitive commissions ranging from 10-25% on each sale, with a typical sale value of £5000.

• Weekly Sales: A trained Sales Representative is expected to make 5-10 sales per week.

• Income Potential: £50,000 Minimum Per Year / Our top Sales Representative earns £200,000 per year.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience in the home improvement or related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel nationwide for customer visits.
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
