Description

Applicants with knowledge and experience in the janitorial sector or cleaning products will have added advantage.We are dynamic and rapidly progressing removals, shipping and cleaning company based in Clapham in South West London. We are looking for an intelligent and diligent Admin/office assistant to join our growing team. our duties will include but not be limited to; 

Positive attitude

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Able to handle clients sensitively & intelligently

Attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Answer and screen incoming calls.

Sending quotations

General admin duties including, photocopying, faxing and mailing.

Data-entry and data management on MS Excel, dealing with invoicing, financial administration

General office administration and office facilities.

Answering the telephone and taking accurate messages.

Occasional meeting and greeting clients.

Assisting the sales team

Ensuring maximum efficiency for the sales team.

We are is looking for someone organised, efficient and with a positive outlook to be a team player in a lively, professional environment. You will be sharp, articulate and have the ability to follow instructions quickly. You can use your initiative and are self-motivated. Your passion is to continually learn, evolve, improving efficiency and assisting the businesses productivity.

You will have prior understanding of finance, Admin and business through either work experience or education.
