Digital Print Operator & Finisher

So who said print was dead?

We are having crazy post-pandemic growth and it's time to add a new member to our friendly team in Watford so we are looking for an experienced Digital Print Operator & Finisher to join us.

The ideal candidate will be someone who has excellent all-round experience of working in a small or medium-sized print business running digital colour presses, large format printers and finishing equipment.

We are a family run business with a close-knit team who we look after very well. You will be responsible for running our Xerox and Konica Minolta digital presses, HP Z6 large format printer and operating finishing equipment such as the guillotine, collating machine, booklet maker, creasing machine and laminator.

A keen eye for detail will be crucial to spot errors in the print before it gets to the client and you get extra bonus points if you have experience of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) so that you can manipulate customer files to make them print-ready.

Key Skills & Experience

Ideally 2 to 5 years experience in running digital presses & finishing equipment
Experience of working to tight deadlines whilst remaining calm and composed
Good problem-solving approach when encountering issues with print jobs
High attention to detail and quality control
Ability to multi-task and prioritise urgent/more important jobs
