We have the pleasure of working exclusively with one of our long-standing and highly reputable clients who are recruiting for a French Speaking Customer Service Advisor to start ASAP.
Duties for this French Speaking Customer Service Advisor role will include:
* Liaising with and processing orders from both French and English customers
* Accurate order entry and cross-checking
* Order progression and ensuring order timelines are adhered to
* Providing detailed quotations of price and delivery dates
* Processing credit notes requests
* Keeping in the in-house CRM system updated and producing regular reports
* Working closely with your team and maintaining regular updates to all departments
Skills and experience required:
* Fluent in both spoken and written English & French
* Previous Customer Service experience
* Excellent numeracy skills
* Proficient in use of Microsoft packages (mainly Word & Excel)
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9 am - 5.30 pm (office based)
