Part problem solver, part Software Engineer, working in a software team of 9, your main responsibility will be to develop Windows desktop applications that drive a suite of scientific instruments. They have recently seen a huge uplift in orders as one of their products is used in vaccine testing. If successful, they are able to remotely onboard new team members, but this will be an office-based role once restrictions on movement have lifted.
They are looking for a naturally curious Software Engineer, someone who will be interested in the science and engineering behind the products and enjoy seeing the realisation of a physical product through the full development lifecycle.
