Established back in 1932, the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre stands as a multi-award-winning and globally renowned institution. It holds a distinctive place in London's cultural panorama as one of the largest independent producing theaters in the city. Annually, we warmly welcome over 140,000 individuals to our enchanting outdoor venue, where a 20-week summer season of captivating theatre and performances takes place.

We are currently in search of an innovative Artistic Director to collaborate closely with our Executive Director, collectively serving as Joint Chief Executives. This leadership duo will skillfully navigate both the strategic advancement and day-to-day operations of the Regent's Park Open Air Theatre. The chosen Artistic Director will carry the pivotal responsibility of conceiving and realizing an artistic vision that aligns seamlessly with our recently redefined mission and core values. This vision will captivate and motivate an expansive array of artists, personnel, partners, and audiences.

Our ideal Artistic Director will emerge as an adept and cooperative theater professional, boasting a profound comprehension of the responsibilities intrinsic to an artistic leadership role. Their track record will reflect the creation of highly acclaimed works on a grand scale.
