Description

Established in 2018, we are an all-inclusive creative platform dedicated to private clients, property investors and developers, who require specialised or ongoing service.

Our service offers full design and interior solutions, home staging, space planning and our luxury concierge service can help with the design of commissioned bespoke pieces.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking to appoint bright, enthusiastic interns to help us deliver stylish presentations and proposals for our clients. We want individuals with a passion for design, an original creative flair who understands luxury brands and has good time management skills.

Experience in Interior Design / Graphic Design / Creative Social Media & Marketing and able to build our social media channels for Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and YouTube

Able to assist and support the founder and creative director with client meetings, strategic design direction of the company, stay on top of interior trends and help build an identity for our company.

Building space plans for our new prospective client and concepts for new residences

Working with our development team and 3rdparty tools to visualise floor plans (including virtual and augmented reality)

Sourcing furniture and sample finishes that are in keeping with the required design scheme

Work with the project team to ensure smooth delivery of the space within budget and timeframe, and that design intent and quality is maintained from planning to delivery

Who you are:

Some experience or interest in high-end Residential, Commercial and/or Retail Interior Design

A commitment to delivering outstanding service to high-end clientele

Self-directed with a high level of initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude

A quick learner, with boundless amounts of positive energy

Ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment

Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written

Ability to consistently meet deadlines high level of comfort working with project schedules (timelines, quantities, prices, etc.)

Proficient in some of following programs: MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SKETCHUP, Rhino and Revit Auto Cad

Knowledge in space planning
