*** LEARN MARTIAL ARTS - FIRST LESSON FREE - BEGINNERS WELCOME AT ALL CLASSES *** Kenshinkai Aikido is a Japanese martial art of self-defence which is ideal for all ages and all levels of fitness. Beginners are welcome at ALL classes and are introduced gradually to techniques and a safe way of falling to protect their body (members are encouraged to develop at their own pace). Classical weapons such as Jo (wooden staff), Bokken (wooden sword) and Tanto (wooden knife) are also taught.
