Following unprecedented growth, we are recruiting a Warehouse Operative to support the manufacturing of a quality product to our retail network. You will ensure that all vehicles are loaded and prepared for the following day's deliveries. You will have a positive outlook with a strong focus on doing the right thing for the customer, creating win-wins and display energy and tenacity.

You will know what it takes to achieve targets – and you will have the motivation to get results.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday between 07.00 am and 10.00 pm. We offer fantastic opportunities to progress in a forward-thinking company.

Role Responsibilities

To prepare loads in the warehouse or directly onto vehicles ready for next day delivery;
To demonstrate good attention to detail when picking products ensuring the correct products are picked and delivery notes are checked and completed in full;
To ensure all vehicles are loaded in a safe, correct and acceptable manner ensuring all deliveries arrive in a manner which meets our customers’ expectations;
To support team leaders and supervisors to assist with resolving production issues as and when required;
To ensure all the correct manual handling procedures and techniques are followed.

Person Attributes

Previous Warehouse experience is essential;
Previous experience in the Window industry would be an advantage;
A full driving license is essential;
Exceptional attention to detail;
A strong team player with a “can-do” attitude and a proactive approach to work;
The ability to demonstrate effective time management with a flexible approach to working hours;
A proactive approach to work with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload;
A willingness to undertake further training with the ability to implement learning into your daily work.
