Support Worker

If so, a respected Domestic Violence supports charity is recruiting for a passionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join their experienced team in Bridgend.

You will work within the support team to identify and address the support needs of individual families who are escaping domestic abuse. A key requirement is to provide empowerment and personal welfare support in their safe, supportive, and welcoming residental residential environment and to ensure that women are provided with a high-quality service in line with Supporting People requirements.

This is a rewarding, yet challenging role which would suit a Support Worker who is resilient but able to work with empathy. Additionally, you will benefit from having a strong understanding of the challenges faced by clients fleeing from abuse.
