Description

The William Bray is currently in search of a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our Shere team on a full-time basis.

We are seeking an individual who embodies commitment and reliability.

Previous experience is essential, and a strong grasp of written and spoken English is necessary.

Key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading a team of junior chefs on a weekly basis, assuming senior responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef.
  • Ensuring unwavering compliance with best practice guidelines.
  • Adhering to menu specifications and accommodating specific dietary needs.
  • Expected working hours: Approximately 48-52 hours per week.
  • Gross annual salary: £38,000, inclusive of TRONC.
  • Accommodation can be arranged upon request.
  • We welcome applications from both individual chefs and couples, where one is a chef and the other is focused on front-of-house operations.
