Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, a prestigious public sector organisation, who is looking to recruit Software Engineers specialising in Talend on a 6-month contract basis, this role will be reporting to their site in Hampshire.
Please note the role requires SC Clearance!
You will receive a competitive daily rate between GBP450 and GBP550 and the contract will see you INSIDE IR35.
You will be responsible for the support and further enhancement of Talend on-prem, utilising the Java and Oracle technical stack, initially you will assist with the migration from Talend v5.6.2 to v7.1.1.
I would love to hear from Software Engineers who have in-depth knowledge of Talend and relevant experience in an Agile Big Data environment and skills including:
Extensive experience of software development support of Talend Data Management PlatformDesign and implementation of ETL (Talend) solutions strong knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and Java industry-standard approaches. Application support and development utilising relational databases (Oracle)Code quality analysis, unit and automated testing, continuous integration, troubleshooting and debugging skills sound communication and problem-solving skills knowledge of tools/technologies that include: Java, Eclipse IDE, Oracle SQL Developer, Toad, Ant, Maven, Jenkins, WebLogic, Git, Jira, Confluence.
