Sales Manager - Plastics & Polymers - Rotational Molding - UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland - Home Based

Our client, a prominent global supplier in the rotational moulding industry, is renowned for introducing innovative materials that expand the possibilities of rotomoulded products. They offer an extensive array of raw materials, suitable for diverse applications. With a history of consistent growth in Europe, they are strategically seeking a Regional Sales Manager to propel profitable expansion.

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will spearhead the development and execution of the regional sales plan. In this role, you'll navigate the challenges tied to accelerating a growing business, converting innovative concepts into tangible results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, nurture, and elevate the targeted territory to surpass annual revenue targets.
  • Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts, along with a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Track and report the win/loss ratio, delivering competitive market intelligence.
  • Focus on retaining existing customers, fostering their success, and upholding high service standards.
  • Build relationships at the appropriate level within potential accounts.
  • Assess new opportunities, devise pricing strategies, pitch, present, and secure new business.
  • Formulate compelling value-based propositions grounded in ROI/cost benefit analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, contributing innovative ideas for business growth.
  • Stay current on industry trends, news, and market developments.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Technical Sales, Sales Management, or Business Development.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently surpassing sales targets.
  • Prior knowledge of the plastics and polymer industries (Desirable)
