Restaurant Supervisor

City centre five-star visitor attraction is looking for two Restaurant Supervisors to join the team.

Choice of 4 or 5 day a week
11am – 5pm
Weekly rolling schedule

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will lead our front of house team in providing great customer service. The ideal candidate will be organised and with attention to detail. We pride ourselves in providing our customers with not only ‘food’ but an unforgettable memory. To help us achieve this, we are looking for someone who shares our vision for hospitality and assists the team in giving our customers a five-star experience.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Supervising the floor during meals whilst assisting the team.
Monitor customer experience.
Manage inventory.
Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs.
Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.

Successful candidates would have proven experience in similar position with great interest in the hospitality industry, leadership and organisational abilities, exceptional customer service skills and an excellent command of spoken English. We are looking for a team player with an eye for detail and the ability to exceed customer expectations.
