Property Guardian / Caretaker

We are seeking a Property Guardian/Caretaker to oversee a closed Pub located either in Cambridge or Rugby. This role involves your presence on-site from 7 pm to 7 am, allowing you the flexibility to pursue other work during the day. Apart from being on-site, your responsibilities will encompass occasional meter readings and the checking and collection of mail.

In exchange for your services, we offer complimentary accommodation with all associated bills covered. Additionally, a modest salary will be provided on a self-employed basis. Possessing your own transportation is advantageous. An immediate commencement awaits the suitable candidate.
