Part Time Lash Technician

Be a part of the Lash Code London team and embark on your dream career in the lash industry. We are currently seeking a skilled part-time lash artist to join our 'instagrammable' salon. If you possess a keen eye for perfection, a passion for design, and the patience of a saint, then we want YOU.

Job Description:

• Conduct thorough consultations with clients.
• Select lash styles that complement the client's facial shape.
• Choose lashes that are safe and suitable for each individual client.
• Provide clear explanations of our various lash options.
• Maintain detailed client records and essential information about each session.
• Ensure client comfort throughout treatments.
• Identify any lash damage and recommend appropriate remedies.
• Educate clients on lash health and hygiene.
• Suggest and promote retail products related to treatments.
• Document your work through photographs.
• Develop an online portfolio on your Instagram account.
• Contribute to salon cleanliness and upkeep.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Engage in continuous professional learning and development.
• Participate in both individual and group meetings to meet retail targets.
• Take part in performance reviews and regular meetings with your line manager.
• Achieve lash applications within allocated timeframes (minimum 80% coverage).

Required Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Thorough client consultation abilities.
• Effective time management.
• Qualifications in classic and volume lash application.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Available Workdays:

• Tuesday: 9am - 5.30pm
• Wednesday (Essential): 9am - 5.30pm
• Thursday: 9am - 5.30pm
• Friday (Essential): 9am - 5.30pm
• Saturday (Essential): 9am - 5.30pm

Compensation:

• £10-14 per hour, plus monthly bonuses and 5% retail sales commission (dependent on skills and experience).
