Part Time / Holiday Cover for Head / Executive Chef

The Lawn is a prestigious and busy manor house wedding & events venue in Rochford, Essex. It is a family run business that prides itself on customer service and boasts an enviable reputation for the quality of its catering, strengthened by our well known and much loved Gourmet Evenings.

The role is broad-ranging. Solid and extensive experience of banqueting where the emphasis is on regeneration cooking with combi ovens and to tight deadlines is essential.

Superb organisational skills must be a given.

Hourly rate - negotiable - circa £15 - £18 per hour.

Expected start date: Immediate.

Part-time hours: 5-30 per week.
