Job Opportunity: Nanny for 2 Children

Are you a compassionate and reliable caregiver with a passion for childcare? We are in search of a nurturing and punctual nanny to join our family and provide exceptional care to our two lovely children during term time.

Job Details: Starting on 8th January 2024

Hours: 7:30 am to 8:00 pm

Days: Monday to Friday

Frequency: 3 to 5 days a week

Weekly Hours: Approximately 38 hours

Rate: £12 to £14 per hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities: (Term time only)

• Provide attentive care to our 1-year-old daughter throughout the day.
• Assist our 5-year-old son before and after school.
• Prepare the children for the day, including dressing and grooming.
• Safely transport our son to and from school.
• Engage in play and age-appropriate activities with our daughter.
• Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, ensuring nutritious meals.
• Maintain a tidy environment by cleaning up after the children.
• Establish a comforting bedtime routine.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in childcare is essential.
• First Aid certification is preferred, but candidates willing to undergo first aid training will be considered.
• Must have flexibility with hours and adapt to our family's schedule.
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial to ensure the children's well-being.
• A genuine passion for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring disposition.
• DBS check and references are required.
