Description

A well established and busy Financial Advisory firm based in Pudsey, Leeds. 

As we expand our business a new and exciting opportunity has been created for an individual to join the team and provide full administrative support in processing and management of mortgage and insurance business. 

Experience in mortgage & protection administration is essential. 

Duties:

Creating clients files
Daily liaising with lenders, provider, solicitors and clients
Processing and supporting mortgage and protection applications through to completion
Liaising and supporting clients regularly providing updates and information throughout the application process
Ensuring all relevant CRM systems are accurately updated
Providing mortgage advisers with clear and concise updates
Submitting information and data, accurately and efficiently
Completing and submitting of adviser files for compliance
There will also be the opportunity to assist on the Wealth Advisory Department as and when required

Person Specification:

Experienced mortgage administration/paraplanner knowledge
Fantastic telephone manner
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
experience and confident using Microsoft Office
