Our client, a leading national Building Services Maintenance/ FM specialist has a key requirement for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer to join their successful team of mobile building services engineers that service large office buildings on maintenance contracts with large Facilitates maintenance companies and retail landlords.

Mobile Building Services Engineer overview

Mobile Building Services Engineer will be covering sites in and around the South West region.

Mobile Building Services Engineer will be performing PPM & some reactive maintenance on the mechanical plant, Emergency lighting checks, lamping, Filter Changes, plant room maintenance, belt changes, water temperature checks

Experience required for Mobile Building Services Engineer:

Mobile Building Services Engineer will be experienced on PPM on Building Services plant

Mobile Building Services Engineer will ideally have mechanical or electrical qualifications but be multi-skilled

Mobile Building Services Engineer will be living either in Bristol or Exeter.

Mobile Building Services Engineer will be experienced as a Commercial Mobile Building Services Engineer

Package for Mobile Building Services Engineer

GBP31,500 basic salary

Company vehicle, fuel card & paid travel time

Pension and paid holiday

Company bonus scheme

Unlimited overtime if desired (not mandatory)
