Marketing and Admin Assistant

Blue Pioneer Media (BPM) Ltd, based in Watford is a new enterprise specialising in online adult adverts. We are launching a UK website that is fast, mobile-first and builds on digital best practices that allow registered members to publish their profiles.

The website already has its own social media channels but will create affiliate channels to amplify traffic through a well-thought-out marketing campaign; though short term, it is working with social media influencers to gain immediate recognition.

Sitting as a marketing assistant, your role is to ensure the effective delivery of multichannel campaigns and building brand awareness. You will be part of a small team producing campaigns with specific goals; all measured against set targets to attract new and keep existing registered users. You will have creative freedom and expected to have the initiative to contribute to the site development.

Job Purpose

This role is vital to effectively deliver campaigns, so you will have some experience with online marketing as you are expected to hit the ground running. You will be working on creative development, media planning, and delivery across a range of different channels. Completion of the following assignments is expected:

1. Deliver immediate tasks at hand, such as content for banner adverts to a high quality for campaigns, registered user partnerships, etc.

2. Assist and/or create social media campaign content for potential registered users, businesses, and influencers.

3. Work closely with our web design company to implement on-page and technical SEO recommendations.

Job Essential Requirements

Please only apply for this role if you meet the following criteria:
Educated to degree or HND level in either business, Marketing, Graphic Design, or Multi-Media from a recognized UK / European university or College with an emphasis in social media.
Minimum 1-year work experience with online marketing campaigns.
Familiar with Adobe Photoshop or/and InDesign, and Canva or other graphic design programs.
Confident with Microsoft Office.
Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and listening skills.
Confident working independently with minimal supervision. Able to manage own time and deliver work on deadlines.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Job Desirable Skills

Bilingual in any of these languages: Portuguese, French, Spanish or Italian
Full UK driving license.
Experience in using Google Analytics and SEO.
Experience with project management software.
Recent experience in copywriting for in-house material.
Punctual and reliable.
