Exciting Job Opportunity:
Our international client is offering two positions for Live Out Housemen / Porters / Concierge in the prestigious Mayfair area. These roles are situated within a fully staffed and impeccably managed household. The family comprises the main Principals, 5 children, and a couple of pets.
As a qualified candidate, you should exhibit a high degree of professionalism and maintain a polished appearance. You should also possess prior experience working in a luxury property, hotel, or a similar 5-star establishment. A well-established network of contacts for making bookings, reservations, and personal shopping is essential.
Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating family events, overseeing day-to-day property operations, warmly welcoming all guests, managing orders and deliveries, liaising with household suppliers and contractors, conducting school runs, and attending to various family member requests and errands (e.g., ordering food, water, flowers, sending presents, handling postal matters, and more).
The ideal candidates will be characterized by their energy, confidence, exceptional reliability, and trustworthiness. Proficiency in driving in and around London is essential, including familiarity with the most efficient and direct routes. Additionally, you will accompany the family during school holidays to provide assistance with various needs, such as luggage, passports, and children.
This role operates on a rotating schedule, involving 10 days on and 10 days off. The workday typically spans from 7am to 7pm, with some flexibility for late finishes, especially when the Principals are entertaining or require transportation services.
Candidates should hold a valid EU / GB passport and currently reside in London (Zones 1 - 5). An Enhanced DBS check and verifiable references are necessary. The position is available for an immediate start, offering a salary of £55,000 gross per annum, statutory entitlements, and pension contributions.
