Description
This small fine dining country restaurant in Central France is offering an internship to a person with a passion for fine food and cooking.
You will be a team player with an open and enquiring mind, keen to learn and accept new ideas as well as inputting ideas of your own. You will be taught the techniques of French cuisine starting from the basic principles, progressing to the more advanced methodology of fine-dining service and food presentation. This is an unpaid internship with accommodation and all living expenses provided.
