Grazing Land to Rent

Grazing between Denmead and Hambledon. Please don't ask if still available. The land is available to rent if this ad is in place as will be removed if not available. Please don't ask if can be used for metal detecting as it can't. 
Property is 9 acres divided into 2 fields. All post and rail fence. No shelters at present, but some can be added by the grazier, but only mobile field shelters. 
£450/calendar month. 
Any livestock such as cattle, sheep and also horses accepted. 
If horses, NO cribbing accepted, as fencing now renewed due to previous graziers. 
Grazier is responsible for paying the water bill as water supplied to the water trough. Grazier is responsible for paying for hedge cutting over fences around the field and onto the road. Grazier responsible for managing fields, to avoid weed build-up, by paying for the topping of the fields when appropriate. Grazier also responsible for having the field rolled once a year when appropriate ground conditions if they allow the field to get rutted. Rolling can be avoided by ensuring the land does not get too poached. Graziers must prove parasites are controlled in all animals, before arriving. The person renting land must not over-graze the fields.
Land cannot be sub-let.
